Happy Christmas

I've been swept away into the Christmas frenzy - my days are spent running around the Holiday town with no more than a moment to enjoy the little things that make this season so wonderous. I've also been trying to paint like a fiend, hoping to squeeze out all the inspiration this time of year provides me. I wish there were four more weeks before Christmas.




I know this will be my last post before Christmas, so I wish all of you the warmest of Holidays, Happy Christmas and do hope everyone's well and warm and happy out there!!

I love this time of year...I love the cold weather (which we've been pretty lucky this year to have in S. CA so far..), lights in windows and on rooftops, all the nostalgia in the air and all the red and white everywhere...

A Book Called Frohlich

I've been super shirkful on the blog posts lately, I know ~ but for good reason! My next solo show will be comin up sooner than I know I'll be expecting (August 2012) and it's got me workin' day and night ~~~~ but ALSO, I'm working on my first Art Book...




It's in the works now officially, and we're aiming for it's release at SD Comic Con '12! I'm so very excited and have been going thru all my works and sketchbooks and photos and my face can't stop beaming...




The way I work is so forward focused that I hardly ever look back and truly SEE where I've been and what I've accomplished. The process of the book is forcing me to do just that, and I'm so humbled. DESIGNER CON RELEASE

The release of the "Cupcake Version" (Bunny Ride, Go!!) will be this Saturday at Designer Con in Pasadena, CA. I'm so excited, I may even like this one more than I like the original version! (Only because I like cupcakes so much...) Hope to see some of you there!!

The O'Brien Hallowen

Rick O'Brien and Miss Mindy hosted a brilliant Halloween Party over the weekend. Their house is amazing on any boring old day of the week - but for Halloweeeeeen ~~~~~~ @_@ *_* ~_~ ~~~~~~



Someone dressed up as Lola, they did a really good job too...

Mindy set up a Peter Faulk shrine on the side of the house, because she's simply amazing...



Behind the cat mask was a cute little Tomi Monstre...

There's a Lily Feliciano of Sketch Theatre dressed as the Bride of Frankenstein being stalked by one Steven Daily...
